Simply connect the business customer account (of your logistics partners) with reybex.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These shipping service providers have a business customer portal that you can connect to reybex yourself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Online stamp (Deutsche Post)<\/li><li>DHL<\/li><li>DHL Express&nbsp;<\/li><li>DHL NL (Netherlands)&nbsp;<\/li><li>DPD<\/li><li>DPD Austria<\/li><li>GLS<\/li><li>Post CH (Switzerland)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to connect other logistics partners (FedEx, DACHSER, DB Schenker, Swiss Post, DPD Austria), please contact our support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-a-label-printer\">Setting up a label printer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find instructions in our documentation <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.reybex.com\/en\/kb\/setup-printers\/\"><strong>Setup printers<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"creating-shipping-labels\">Creating shipping labels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open transaction <strong>Sales Documents [SAL05]<\/strong><\/li><li>Mark the sales documents with a tick -&gt; right click on one of the marked documents &gt; click on <strong>Send<\/strong><\/li><li>Select the desired receipts\/documents\/labels -&gt; click <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li><li>The labels are now created for each document: One PDF each to download or print. Delivery notes and labels are printed in the same order.<\/li><li>Pack packages according to the delivery notes and prepare them for dispatch.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have created a shipping label in reybex, you will see the corresponding data in the sales document. You can also edit and add them later.<br>To do this, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open the transaction <strong>Sales documents [SAL05] <\/strong>-&gt; double click on the desired document number<\/li><li>Click on the <strong>Parcels <\/strong>tab -&gt; here you can see if a label has already been created<\/li><li>With the plus button <strong>New <\/strong>you can enter a package manually.
