To do this, go to your <strong>browser settings<\/strong>. Here is an example of how to use the Firefox browser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the General tab, you can set a new location for downloads under Files and Applications. Your orders will be automatically saved there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"save-orders-as-pdf-document-in-2-clicks\">Save orders as PDF document in 2 clicks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to transaction <strong>Purchase Orders [Bestellungen] (PUR02)<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Select an order (or several orders) you want to save.C<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Save <\/strong>button.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.reybex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Speichern_01.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now your order will be saved to the location set in the browser.
