{"id":3936,"date":"2020-07-06T12:31:53","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.reybex.com\/?post_type=manual_kb&#038;p=3936"},"modified":"2020-08-24T15:09:16","modified_gmt":"2020-08-24T13:09:16","slug":"automation-shipment-confirmation-with-tracking-code-of-the-parcel","status":"publish","type":"manual_kb","link":"https:\/\/docs.reybex.com\/en\/kb\/automation-shipment-confirmation-with-tracking-code-of-the-parcel\/","title":{"rendered":"Automation: Shipment confirmation with tracking code of the parcel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Keep your customers up to date with package tracking by E-mail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure that your customers are informed via e-mail with a shipping confirmation + tracking code for the parcel when the delivery note is created, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Create an <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.reybex.com\/en\/kb\/create-an-e-mail-template\/\"><strong>E-mail template<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Open the transaction <strong>Custom fields [BAS01]<\/strong> -> click on the tab <strong>Systemconfig<\/strong> -> select<strong> E-mail template rules <\/strong>-> click on the plus button <strong>New<\/strong><\/li><li>Select the<strong> E-mail template<\/strong> you just created, enter a <strong>Name <\/strong>(e.g. shipping confirmation) and select a <strong>SalesDocType<\/strong>. If you always create delivery notes at last, select <strong>Delivery note<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Fill in the other fields as required (e.g. Marketplace = Idealo)<\/li><li><strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you have created an E-mail which is assigned to the selected sales type. This is how you create the automatic dispatch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open the transaction <strong>E-mail workflows [EMW01] <\/strong>-&gt; click on the plus button <strong>New<\/strong><\/li><li>Select your previously created<strong> E-mail template<\/strong> -&gt; activate <strong>Attach document<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><li>After saving, your display extends<\/li><li>Click on the plus button <strong>New&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Configure as follows:<br><strong>Range <\/strong>= Sale<br><strong>Field<\/strong> = Sales document type<strong>Value <\/strong>=Delivery note&nbsp;<\/li><li>Activate <strong>Define as trigger<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><li>Click on the green diskette symbol <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><li>If you want to set up this E-mail workflow for a certain marketplace, repeat steps 4-7.
